EMERGENCY

We honor the lives of our patients through timely care. The emergency infrastructure has direct access to all the areas that the patient needs when they arrive with an emergency or are in critical condition.

The emergency area is connected to the imaging center, pharmacy, laboratory, operating rooms, intensive care unit and coronary unit, which is an advantage that allows us to act in time to provide confidence and peace of mind to the patient and their families.

Our Emergency Unit is duly prepared to attend patients in a timely manner according to their needs. We have properly trained staff regarding quality and safe practices for the proper handling of customers. As soon as the patient arrives at the Emergency, the Triage process is applied, through which patients are classified by priorities, and thus, those who are most serious are treated first.

The Emergency Area has a physical structure made up of:

1 triage office.
10 emergency cubicles.
3 offices for fast attention.
1 isolation cubicle.
2 highly complex cubicles for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and trauma. Computer system for image reporting.

Also has:
– Staff trained to handle emergencies and massive disasters.
– Specialists in pediatrics for the timely management of our smallest patients.
